2. Description of Service

Packable provides automated SDK generation services that convert OpenAPI specifications into type-safe SDKs for various programming languages. Our services include:

• Automated SDK generation from OpenAPI specifications
• Support for multiple programming languages
• Version control and change detection
• Package publishing and distribution
• Documentation generation

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our service, including OpenAPI specifications. By using our service, you grant us a license to process and generate SDKs from your specifications.

6. Payment Terms

Some features of our service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees in advance
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize recurring charges
• Pay any applicable taxes

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Packable be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of generated SDKs

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Packable from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Packable operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
